Starting Salary: £28,000 per annum plus shift allowance
Permanent - 4 on 4 off Shift pattern (10.5 hour shifts - Working between the hours of 6am - 10pm)
Location - Central Laboratory - Huntingdon

What will you be doing?

Become a crucial member of the Anglian Water Family, working collaboratively in a time critical environment to produce high quality results.

Be involved in both testing and quality activities within the laboratory, your daily duties will include all aspects of analysis of water samples using a variety of recognised analytical techniques.

Produce accurate data to support colleagues complete vital roles throughout the entire business.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute towards continuous improvement, take on a variety of scientific challenges and gain an exciting array of experience as you meet them.

What does it take to be a Laboratory Analyst?

  • You’ll have a passion for science with either relevant A-Levels or equivalent qualification/experience to make this a great start to your journey with Anglian Water
  • You should be able to follow instructions meticulously to provide a consistent high standard of work
  • You should be adaptable and be able to prioritise
  • You should be able to work effectively as part of a team but also able to undertake independent working when required
