What you’ll be doing:
- Interview scheduling: Efficiently arrange interviews by collaborating with our partner organisations, candidates and hiring managers
- Team support- Assist the Recruitment Advisors in tasks such as raising requisitions, drafting job adverts, engaging with hiring managers and arranging meetings to provide the best service possible.
- Continuous improvement- Assess, understand, propose and implement opportunities in all areas of our processes to improve how we operate.
- Customer service- Always ensure candidate and hiring manager experience is at the forefront of all we do.
- Enhanced administrative support- Undertake a wide range of administrative duties such as updating systems, processing contract administration and assisting in producing reports and analysis to add-value to our processes whilst remaining GDPR compliant.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and schedule a high volume of interviews or meetings.
- Strong administrative capability with confidence using MS Office and recruitment or business platforms.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
- Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment team is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer focus with the enthusiasm to support an efficient, high-quality recruitment service.
