Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Supervisor Job Expectations

Current Texas State Licensure
Current CPR Certification
One year of experience minimum
Time Management

Goal of this position:

This role's goal will be to build a strong therapy assistant team with the supervisor being the team lead.

Expectations of the Role:

Supervision of 4 full time assistants
Completion of Supervision hours as outlined by AOTA and ECPTOTE
Coordinating caseloads/make-up visits between assistants
Completion of all documentation with 48 hours
Cosigning all treatment notes
Completing appeals as needed for current patients
