Job Description:
The ideal candidate for the patient recruitment specialist work will be someone who is bilingual, a nurse with a patient-centered and compassionate touch, disciplined and focus, with stellar organizational and time management skills, and ideally with some sales experience and/or clinical trials background. If they do not have sales and clinical trials experience, they at least should be able to meet prescreening numbers objectives, be familiar with EHR and medical history documentation, how to conduct patient intakes succinctly, carrying out chart scrubbing/review, and have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients to appropriately communicate trial-related protocols and criteria in approachable manner. This is someone that should not just engage patients but also retain them.

Part-Time (Can be full time in the future) 7 dollars per hour, remote position.
