We are seeking a dedicated IT Asset Administrator to manage our inventory and asset management program, ensuring all hardware is accounted for, properly documented, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the inventory and asset management initiatives, auditing, and ensuring accurate tracking of all devices.
- Conduct physical tasks such as moving, stocking, and deploying inventory, including pallet transportation and shelf stocking (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs).
- Perform regular inventory checks to validate asset management system accuracy.
- Execute audits of user devices, reconciling any discrepancies between physical assets and system records.
- Clean and maintain assets, perform data wipes, and manage the RMA process for device functionality.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of a variety of tech equipment, including laptops, desktops, tablets, cellular devices, monitors, and peripherals.
- Respond to support tickets via Jira, handle walk-up requests, and provide deskside support as needed.
- Prepare workstations with the necessary equipment for new hires.
- 2+ Years of experience with asset management or working in a warehousing environment.
- A proactive, motivated individual with a collaborative spirit and strong customer service skills.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, particularly in verifying serial numbers and matching specifications for accurate documentation.
- Prior experience managing inventory counts.
- Comfortable with physical labor, standing/walking for extended periods, and lifting heavy items (up to 50lbs).
- Experience with ticketing systems and providing deskside support for desktop-related incidents.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
