Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Visit PKP product customers. To build the strong relation ship with customer, develop the business.
• Prepare cost calculation and quotations.
• Pulp line site inspections, service work and troubleshooting
• Process support
• Manage supplier base
• Executing site and shutdown projects
• Other tasks assigned by superior
Education, Professional Experience and Qualification Requirements:
Education Background
• Bsc. or Msc. in Engineering (preferably mechanical/process/automation)
Professional Experience:
• Min 3 years’ experience in pulp and paper industry and preferably with cutter/layboy and baling, but also experience with wet end or dryer or paper machines is considered as an advantage
• Hands-on mill experience in maintenance and operation
• Customer service oriented
• Good social, communication and team working skills
• Proactive, independent and result-driven working style
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Willingness and flexibility to travel
• Chinese, English (good level)
• MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Problem solving skills

- The Product Manager will visit customers to build strong relationships and develop business, prepare cost calculations and quotations, and manage supplier bases. Additional responsibilities include executing site and shutdown projects and performing site inspections and troubleshooting.
