About this role
<p>Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un(e) <strong>Store Manager</strong> pour piloter l’un de ses points de vente.</p><p>Véritable ambassadeur(rice) de la marque, vous êtes responsable de la performance globale du magasin et de la satisfaction client, tout en animant et développant votre équipe au quotidien.</p><h3>Vos missions</h3><ul><li><p>Piloter l’activité commerciale et atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité</p></li><li><p>Manager, fédérer et faire monter en compétences l’équipe (recrutement, intégration, formation, animation)</p></li><li><p>Garantir une excellente expérience client et le respect des standards de la marque</p></li><li><p>Assurer la bonne tenue du magasin (merchandising, stocks, procédures)</p></li><li><p>Analyser les indicateurs de performance et mettre en place des plans d’action</p></li><li><p>Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du siège et appliquer la stratégie de l’enseigne sur le terrain</p></li></ul><h3>Profil recherché</h3><ul><li><p>Expérience confirmée en tant que Store Manager / Responsable de magasin</p></li><li><p>Solides compétences en management d’équipe</p></li><li><p>Forte sensibilité commerciale et orientation résultats</p></li><li><p>Leadership, autonomie et sens des responsabilités</p></li><li><p>Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et dynamique</p></li><li><p>Une expérience en environnement premium ou en multisite est un plus</p></li></ul><h3>Ce que nous offrons</h3><ul><li><p>Un poste à responsabilités au sein d’une enseigne en développement</p></li><li><p>Un environnement de travail stimulant et challengeant</p></li></ul>
