<p><strong>Les missions :</strong><br></p><ul><li>Animer la performance opérationnelle des boutiques par une forte présence terrain : analyser les indicateurs de performance et identifier les leviers d’amélioration, garantir la mise en place et du suivi des plans d’actions, accompagner la mise en œuvre des changements opérationnels, assurer l’homogénéité et la conformité des pratiques.</li></ul><ul><li>Encourager le développement et la montée en compétence des talents : piloter leurs professionnalisations et proposer des coachings réguliers</li></ul><ul><li>Stimuler les échanges entre les équipes et assurer la remontée et la bonne diffusion des informations communiquées par la direction et les équipes.</li></ul><ul><li>Optimiser la gestion des plannings des équipes</li></ul><ul><li>Vous prendrez part aux projets opérationnels et transverses</li></ul><ul><li>Participer à de nombreux challenges et évènements spécialement dédiés aux managers opérationnels</li></ul><p><strong>Le profil:</strong></p><p>Vous êtes un véritable manager-coach, à l’écoute des équipes et vos capacités à fédérer et à développer leurs potentiels ne sont plus à prouver.</p><p>Durant votre parcours professionnel, vous avez pu démontrer de fortes aptitudes en communication, à faire face aux imprévus et vous appréciez de relever des challenges.</p><p>Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans le management idéalement dans le secteur du retail.</p>
