About this role
<p>Notre client, acteur innovant dans le secteur de la mobilité durable, développe un réseau de showrooms dédiés à la vente de vélos électriques premium reconditionnés. Dans le cadre de son expansion, nous recherchons un(e) <strong>Responsale magasin</strong> pour piloter l’ouverture et le développement de son showroom en Île-de-France.</p><h3><strong>Vos missions</strong></h3><h4><strong>Développement commercial & service client</strong></h4><p></p><p>Accueillir et conseiller les clients en showroom (uniquement sur rendez-vous).</p><p>Assurer des rendez-vous à distance (téléphone, visio) et accompagner chaque client dans son choix.</p><p>Développer et fidéliser la clientèle grâce à un service premium et expert.</p><p>Identifier et mettre en place de nouveaux leviers de chiffre d’affaires (nouveaux produits, services complémentaires).</p><p>Gérer le service après-vente en veillant à la satisfaction des clients.</p><p></p><ul></ul><h4><strong>Gestion opérationnelle et administrative</strong></h4><p></p><p>Assurer la facturation et les encaissements.</p><p>Piloter la gestion des stocks et des réassorts pour garantir une offre toujours disponible.</p><p>Préparer les commandes et participer à leur expédition.</p><p>Contribuer à l’intégration informatique du stock pour une gestion optimisée.</p><p></p><ul></ul><h4><strong>Stratégie marketing et visibilité</strong></h4><p></p><p>Développer la notoriété de l’enseigne en participant à des salons et événements.</p><p>Contribuer à la création de contenus pédagogiques (guides d’achat, fiches techniques, vidéos de démonstration).</p><p>Assurer l’optimisation continue du showroom et de son merchandising.</p><p></p><ul></ul><h4><strong>Gestion de l’entrepôt et logistique</strong></h4><p></p><p>Participer à la réception et à la préparation des vélos en stock.</p><p>Maintenir un environnement de travail organisé et fonctionnel.</p><p></p><ul></ul><h3><strong>Profil recherché</strong></h3><p></p><p>Passionné(e) de vélo et particulièrement des vélos à assistance électrique (VAE).</p><p>Expérience confirmée en gestion de point de vente et en vente conseil, idéalement dans un environnement spécialisé.</p><p>Sens aigu du service client et excellentes compétences relationnelles.</p><p>Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à être force de proposition.</p><p>Organisation, rigueur et aisance avec les outils digitaux.</p><p></p><ul></ul><p><strong>Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise engagée et en pleine expansion, contribuer à la mobilité durable et participer à un projet innovant ?
