<p>Dans le cadre de son développement, <strong>une enseigne majeure de la grande distribution</strong> recrute un(e) <strong>Responsable de Rayon</strong>.</p><h4>🎯 Vos missions :</h4><ul><li><p>Piloter un rayon à <strong>forte rotation et enjeux économiques importants</strong></p></li><li><p>Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les flux marchandises</p></li><li><p>Garantir la disponibilité permanente des produits et la tenue du rayon</p></li><li><p>Mettre en œuvre la politique commerciale (implantations, promotions, saisonnalité)</p></li><li><p>Analyser et piloter les indicateurs de performance (chiffre d’affaires, marge, casse, démarque)</p></li><li><p>Manager, accompagner et faire monter en compétences une équipe dédiée</p></li><li><p>Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes</p></li></ul><h4>👤 Profil recherché :</h4><ul><li><p>Expérience confirmée en grande distribution sur un <strong>rayon à forte rotation</strong></p></li><li><p>Solides compétences en gestion, organisation et pilotage économique</p></li><li><p>Leadership naturel et goût du management terrain</p></li><li><p>Sens aigu du commerce et de la performance</p></li><li><p>Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer des environnements exigeants</p></li></ul><h4>📍 Conditions :</h4><ul><li><p>Poste basé à : <strong>Nantes</strong></p></li><li><p>Contrat : <strong>CDI</strong></p></li><li><p>Rémunération : <strong>selon profil et expérience</strong></p></li><li><p>Prise de poste : <strong>dès que possible</strong></p></li></ul>
