<p>C’est dans le cadre de son fort développement que notre client, spécialisé sur le marché de la téléphonie & high-tech recherche une personne motivée, dynamique pour un poste de manager de boutique !<strong></strong><br></p><p><strong>Vos principales missions :</strong></p><ul><li>Vous valorisez les relations humaines en offrant à votre équipe toutes les conditions pour fournir un service vraiment exceptionnel.</li></ul><ul><li>Vous tissez des liens avec vos collaborateurs et vos clients</li></ul><ul><li>Vous comprenez les besoins des clients et vous prenez plaisir à leur fournir la solution la mieux adaptée.</li></ul><ul><li>Vous contribuez au développement des boutiques par la qualité de votre gestion et par les nouvelles idées que vous apportez.</li></ul><ul><li>Vous avez la responsabilité de la gestion de la boutique, en leader résolument tourné vers l'action, ambitieux et autonome.</li></ul><p><strong>Le profil</strong></p><ul><li>Vous avez l'âme d'un leader et vous savez motiver votre équipe pour offrir une qualité de service</li></ul><ul><li>Vous avez déjà dirigé une équipe dans un point de vente d’un opérateur télécom ou d’une enseigne dans le retail.</li></ul><ul><li>Vous combinez d’excellentes compétences à la fois en termes de gestion et de pragmatisme.</li></ul><ul><li>Vous savez vous adapter aux situations imprévues et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique.</li></ul><ul><li>Vous ne disposez peut-être pas d'une grande expérience technique mais vous avez soif d'apprendre.</li></ul><p><strong>L’aventure vous tente ?
