Job Description:

SUMMARY

The Treasury Analyst position is a member of the Treasury Operations team reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager. They will be responsible for all stock-related requests including shareholder inquiries, stock sales, dividend processing, year-end tax reporting and recordkeeping within the shareholder software system. The role will also have occasional cash management and accounting duties including payments and journal entries. They will monitor the treasury shareholder services inbox and the treasury services voicemail and provide customer service in a timely manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all stock sales and respond to shareholder inquiries.

Assist with annual stock offering programs.

Maintain accurate shareholder records.

Provide reporting to internal partners and audits.

Prepare and post journal entries and prepare reconciliations.

Serve in annual report preparation and annual meeting execution tasks.

Administer user access within the bank systems, implementation of new services, and assist with updating bank signors.

Support cross-functional projects and enterprise initiatives. 

        
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred)

2-4 years of work experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)

Mature written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency with DocuSign or other IAM platform preferred

Treasury workstation experience, GTreasury preferred

Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment


COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Pay Range:

$61,760.00 - $92,640.00

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
