Job Description:

The TA Compliance Coordinator I supports the Human Resources department by supporting compliance efforts across various HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, and regulatory reporting. This role interacts with multiple divisions across the enterprise to promote consistent and compliant HR practices.

This is a temporary assignment for an I-9 audit project.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage onboarding process and track candidates through hiring process for assigned locations.
Process and review background checks, drug screening, and physical assessments. 
Complete new hires I-9s for assigned locations and conduct audits as necessary 
Manage I-9 reports to check for errors, expiring work authorizations and receipts, and E-Verify results. Work with hiring leaders and employees to correct errors and process reverifications.
Manage and process employee termination reports to update the I-9 system for document retention.
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Legal, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2 years of experience of HR, Legal, Admin. or Compliance Support
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with team members and hiring managers at all levels of the organization and represent Andersen in a professional manner
Ability to properly handle and manage confidential data and documentation
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and other MS Office products.
Preferred: Experience with I-9 verification systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and systemize own work independently to meet deadlines 

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $19.65 - $28.45 hourly.

Pay Range:

$9.65 - $72.29

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
