Job Description:

SUMMARY

Team members provide important leadership in bridging supply chain processes and technology (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing inventory visibility and control across the enterprise. The analyst will collaborate with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure accurate, real-time inventory data and support strategic decision-making through analytics and system enhancements. We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in material movement processes & systems (Warehouse Management Systems, ERP Modules, and related tools).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop close partnership with business users to truly understand needs, connect with other team members to facilitate technical conversations, to ensure end-to-end solution optimization
Evaluate business needs, translate and clarify user requirements, and provide solution ideas leveraging an agile mindset to deliver value
Understand existing processes and systems, identifying recurring themes and delivering ideas that eliminate waste, improve and streamline processes, and reduce time spent on support
Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, visibility, and control through technology solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement standard inventory processes and KPIs.
Support deployment and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP modules, and related tools.
Perform system support and swarm with other team members to return to normal operations should the need arise
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support real-time inventory tracking and decision-making.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data integrity across platforms.
Provide subject matter expertise on inventory-related system capabilities and enhancements.
Support capital planning and business case development for inventory-related technology investments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor¿s degree in supply chain, computer science, information systems or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of ERP systems (Ideally Infor) and WMS platforms
Industry-relevant experience in manufacturing or logistics environments
Knowledge of inventory control best practices and metrics
Familiarity with supplier collaboration tools and inbound visibility systems
Core system implementation and/or upgrade lead experience
Desire to understand the integration points and upstream/downstream impacts with other modules and applications
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners, adjusting communication to fit the audience
Employs an analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, and innovative approaches to business and technical challenges
Displays a structured and self-disciplined approach to working - able to work on own initiative
Exhibits sound business judgment and sees developing strong business and technical relationships as a key to success
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with the ability to prioritize conflicting activities, raising roadblocks early

Pay Range:

$99,216.00 - $153,784.00

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
