Job Description:

The Senior Director, Human Resources serves as the strategic HR partner to the SVP, Manufacturing and Logistics, providing cross-divisional leadership and direction for a geographically dispersed team of HR leaders supporting enterprise manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, strategic sourcing, engineering, maintenance and operations-related functions. This role is responsible for advancing business strategy through talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and operational excellence across all supply chain domains.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain business objectives.
Advise the SVP and senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning to support growth and transformation initiatives.
Serve as a thought partner on change management, culture, and employee experience across supply chain functions.
Effectively and with inspiration, coach leadership to reach their fullest potential.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR leaders and managers across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Build a strong, multi-locational team atmosphere and ensure readiness to meet short- and long-term organizational goals.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the supply chain HR team.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee HR service delivery, compliance, and process improvement for manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and strategic sourcing.
Drive adoption of HR technologies, programs, and systems to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
Monitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and continuous improvement.

Business Partnership:
Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, engineering and sourcing leaders to address business challenges and deploy HR programs.
Support people relations, labor relations,] workforce planning, and talent acquisition for high-volume and specialized roles.
Ensure HR practices are consistent with enterprise philosophy and regulatory requirements.
Support employee relations.

Employee Experience & Engagement:
Champion initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development across supply chain functions.
Lead change management efforts for organizational restructuring, technology and HR program adoption, and process optimization.
Facilitate communication and feedback loops between HR, business leaders, and employees.


Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including direct support for manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions or other operations facing client partnerships.

Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams and partnering with senior business leaders.

Deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.

Experience with HR technologies, process improvement, and change management in complex environments.



Preferred Skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics operations.

Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to drive results through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Experience managing HR compliance, labor relations, and workforce planning in a multi-site environment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for variable incentives.

Pay Range:

$162,230.00 - $259,570.00

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
