Job Description:

SUMMARY

Assist in developing, interpreting, and implementing moderately difficult financial and accounting concepts, or techniques across the enterprise related to accounts payable or receivables process, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures by performing the following duties:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct timely, accurate, and detailed analysis of daily operational enterprise transactions as assigned. Interprets and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory as applicable. Monitors the system of internal accounting controls to ensure the safeguarding of company assets and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supports critical financial cycles: period end, year end, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and physical inventories, internal/external audits, etc.
Responsible for compilation, analysis, and review of financial transactions and required summaries (balance sheet account reconciliations, expenses impacting corporate profit & loss statement, inter-company transactions, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university: CPA or CMA preferred
2 to 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate user of the Microsoft suite of office software products

COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Pay Range:

$61,760.00 - $92,640.00

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
