About this role

UI/UX Designer

Job Description

AnchorzUp is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive and high-performing experiences across our clients’ web and mobile products. This role sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility—turning complex requirements into clear user journeys and clean, consistent interfaces. You will own the end-to-end design process, from research and problem definition to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI, working closely with developers and the Project Manager to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver real user value. The ideal candidate combines strong visual craft with user-centered thinking, communicates clearly, and enjoys collaborating in a fast-moving environment where quality and iteration matter.

What you will do:

  • Design intuitive, usable, and visually polished web experiences, especially for complex websites and products such as dashboards, portals, admin panels, and multi-step workflows.
  • Translate requirements into clear UX artifacts (user flows, process flows, site maps, wireframes) and evolve them into high-fidelity web UI.
  • Create responsive web designs that work seamlessly across breakpoints, ensuring strong layout, hierarchy, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Produce high-fidelity prototypes (primarily web) for stakeholder reviews and user feedback, iterating based on findings.
  • Conduct ongoing web UX/UI audits, identifying usability and consistency issues and proposing improvements with clear rationale and priority.
  • Work with the Project Manager to break down client needs into actionable design tasks, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and improve design systems / style guides, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the web product.
  • Facilitate or participate in design thinking sessions to solve product problems with structured UX reasoning and strong UI execution.
  • Stay up to date with modern web UX/UI standards (responsive patterns, accessibility, design system practices, interaction trends).

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing for web/mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile UI, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge or experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and the client.
