Test Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating and supporting semiconductor test manufacturing in wafer level, to ensure high product quality and efficient production output. This role involves running automated test equipment, performing data verification, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and communicating results to engineering and production teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated wafer probe equipment. Verify and ensure correct test program and hardware selection.
  • Perform first-level response to test alarms, fails, or deviations. Conduct basic troubleshoot on testers, probers, and test hardware. Repair defective hardware, maintain test equipment,
  • Monitor test performance, yield, and equipment status throughout the shift.
  • Accurately record test results and production logs in MES systems. Communicate issues promptly and clearly during shift handover.
  • Assist engineers with setup, correlation, and verification of new test solution or product qualification. Support root-cause analysis for yield excursions or continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve throughput.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or Hands-on experience is preferable.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
