Staff Engineer, Product Engineering (Prod Dev)

Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for an EMC Engineer to join the Corp EMC Lab in Wilmington, MA.

The growth and demand for EMC Test and Development is exponentially. We are looking for an energetic experienced Engineer who is comfortable with RF and Test, ideally with experience in EMC test and troubleshooting. This individual will join a team of experienced EMC Engineers in the Wilmington Corp EMC lab.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Study and attain a working knowledge of the EMC standards that define generic test setups and process.
  • Advise on, review or create test plans in support of product testing.
  • Program, configure, calibrate and verify measurement systems to realize those tests.
  • Direct interaction with Field sales/Application and Product engineering as well as ADI customers.
  • Develop additional test and troubleshooting capability within the lab.
  • Travel 5%.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in EE or equivalent relevant experience. Typically requires minimum of 5 years related and progressive experience.
  • Must have a broad understanding of electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Must have experience in test setup and product measurement.
  • Must have prior experience in debugging mixed-signal hardware.

  • Ability to work with large multi-discipline development teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, thorough, autonomous, and driven to continually improve.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $125,250 to $187,875.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
