Brief Job Description:

The role of Reliability technician is to perform bias set-up qualification in accordance with applicable operating procedures. Performs biased loading activities including ESD & Latch up testing. Monitors set up & provides data log to Rel engineers. Maintains, calibrates and repairs reliability stress chambers and hardware. Assist Rel engineers in executing reliability evaluation and design of experiments.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electronics / Electrical Technology/ Associate or any equivalent.
  • With 2-3 years’ semiconductor or electronics industry experience including handling of integrated circuits
  • Preferably with training on Reliability testing of integrated circuits, IC Assembly and Test Process Flow
  • Preferably with technical knowledge of Board schematics, circuits, measurements, power supplies and meters.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Possess continuous improvement mindset
  • Preferably proficient in English

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Reliability Technician support the reliability engineer in resolving issues in the lab. Performs bias set-up qualification and loading activities. Performs biased setup monitoring, calibration and maintenance of stress chambers. Performs board inspection, repair, inventory management and report generation.
