Innovation Program Manager, VBU Technology Team

Position Overview

The Director of Innovation Strategy and Implementation is a results-driven leadership role that identifies innovative growth opportunities and ensures they are successfully executed. Partnering with senior leaders across VBU, EBU, and CSG, this person will lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multidisciplinary programs that advance ADI’s 3.0 ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact innovation programs as part of the VBU Technology Team and Technology Strategy Board, such as Quantum Computing, Nuclear Energy, and Edge AI Strategy.
  • Work closely with the Technology Strategy Board to feed the innovation pipeline that unlocks new revenue streams beyond components and accelerates growth through disruption.
  • Aggressively pursue external partnerships that accelerate time to market. These could be with customer partners, universities, or national labs.
  • Align stakeholders across complex, multi-BU structures by building consensus, fostering collaboration, and uniting diverse teams around shared goals.
  • Serve as a connector across the enterprise, identifying adjacencies, scaling best practices, and driving enterprise-wide leverage.
  • Lead the adoption of enterprise-AI software to radically change the way projects and portfolios are managed.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product development, program management, or technology strategy, including enterprise-scale, cross-functional leadership.
  • M.S. in engineering or related technical field required; MBA preferred.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $148,500 to $222,750.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
