Position Overview:
Analog Devices is looking for an intelligent and versatile RF/Analog Design Engineer working with our RF Control Products Product team, based in Istanbul, Turkey, who will be responsible for product development of our RF Switch, Attenuator, Amplifier, Power Limiter and MCM products for various markets.


Context on the role:
As an RF/Analog Design Engineer, you will perform a full range of product development activities including, but not limited to:


Job Duties:

  • Design of transistor-level circuits such as switches, attenuators, LNAs, power limiters

  • Design Evaluation, performing first silicon characterization and detailed analysis

  • Design and development for RF products with various process and packaging technologies.

  • Preparing required documentations and reports for product development

Requirements:

  • At least B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S Preferred.

  • Typically requires 0-2 years related and progressive experience.

  • Should have solid understanding of S-parameters, T-line theory, RF networks

  • The candidate should possess skills necessary to innovate, design, simulate and verify circuit performance at the transistor level, behavioral/architectural level, and should have a strong RF understanding.

  • Experience in circuit design environments such as Cadence, ADS.

  • Skills in electromagnetic simulators such as EMPro, HFSS is a plus.

  • Experience in test equipment and RF characterization is a plus.

  • Motivated, results oriented and organized engineer with good writing, presentation, and overall communication skills

  • Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly

  • Comfortable taking calculated risks

  • Have a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver results

  • Have high tolerance for ambiguity
