We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to accelerate revenue growth through high-impact partnerships and large, complex deals. This role is responsible for identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing strategic opportunities that materially impact top-line growth. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to unlock new revenue streams and expand existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Deal Execution

  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value partnership and enterprise deals that drive significant revenue growth
  • Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle: opportunity sourcing, business case development, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of large, complex opportunities aligned with company growth targets
  • Structure creative commercial models (revenue share, licensing, joint ventures, multi-year contracts)

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on scalable, repeatable revenue impact
  • Identify and engage potential partners including enterprise customers, platforms, integrators, and ecosystem players
  • Build senior-level relationships with partner executives and key decision-makers
  • Manage and grow existing strategic partnerships to maximize long-term value

Market & Opportunity Development

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape offerings that resonate with partners and large customers
  • Represent the company in high-level partner meetings, negotiations, and industry events

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales to align on account strategy and enterprise deal execution
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure commercially sound and compliant agreements
  • Provide leadership with insights on deal economics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts

Success Metrics

  • Revenue generated from partnerships and large deals
  • Size, quality, and conversion rate of strategic deal pipeline
  • Partner-driven contribution to overall company growth
  • Time-to-close and deal profitability

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or a related role
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience structuring high-value commercial agreements
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and partners
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability

Preferred

  • Experience working in high-growth or B2B environments
  • Background in SaMD, healthcare, or diagnostic technologies
  • Experience with deal structuring and execution
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $173,600 to $238,700.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
