About this role
Amuneal is seeking a Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our sales, project management, and fabrication teams to prepare detailed production models and drawings that bring extraordinary designs to life.
Our products are featured in some of the most prestigious residential and commercial interiors across the country. We don't just engineer products-we help ensure they integrate beautifully and functionally into each space. Every item we produce is highly customized, combining precision-engineered components with finely crafted metal and woodwork.
As part of our Design Engineering team, you'll work in Solid Edge, our parametric modeling program, to create clear, buildable packages for fabrication. You'll also participate in technical problem-solving, drawing refinement, and real-time collaboration with makers and designers.
Our team comes from diverse backgrounds-fabrication, architecture, mechanical engineering, industrial design, and more-and shares a passion for the process of turning great ideas into exceptional products.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong 3D modeling skills (Solid Edge or similar parametric CAD experience required)
- Ability to think through how a product will be fabricated, assembled, and installed
- Comfort collaborating across departments and communicating clearly
- A passion for craftsmanship, materials, and making things well
- A mature and conscientious approach to project deadlines and internal and external customer needs
