We are currently looking for Senior Financial Controller to join our finance team.
Your responsibilities
Daily work with complex Excel files, designing and preparing reports based on Headquarters guidelines, conducting analytical reviews of actual results, drawing conclusions and proposing corrective actions
Accurate preparation of financial data and reporting in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS)
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, supporting management in data-driven decision-making
Standardizing and streamlining processes, reducing operational risk and inefficiencies
Collaborating with auditors and regulatory authorities
Coordinating activities with other departments to optimize financial performance
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer and Management Board
Our requirements
Ability to work effectively in complex environments, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
Knowledge of IFRS – mandatory requirement
English proficiency C1 level – mandatory requirement
University degree in finance, accounting, or economics
7-10+ years of experience as a financial controller, preferably in an international retail company
Experience in financial reporting and data analysis
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others)
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Hands-on experience with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing, including coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
