Global Accounting Internship | starting date: March 2026 | 6 months | Milan 

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is seeking a motivated and talented intern to join the Global Finance Accounting team. The intern will contribute to managing and coordinating accounting activities for Amplifon S.p.A., the Parent Company of the Amplifon Group. This includes closing activities, statutory reporting, supporting management in business decisions, and ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

You’ll be in charge of:  

• Updating L262  administrative and accounting procedures following changes implemented under the new finance operating model ensuring compliance with Law 262/2005 and facilitating testing activities. 
• Design standard reconciliation templates and maximize adoption throughout the Group. 
• Support the team in streamlining OneProcurement accounting processes to standardize controls and maximize efficiency. Contribute to the implementation in new countries.
• Support the team in monthly end-closing activities and reconciliations (as transitory accounts reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliations) and preparing Notes to Financial Statements in the Year End closing. 
• Monitor accruals/invoice receipts/invoices to be received for accuracy and completeness, interacting with Controlling and Tax Department. 
• Support the preparation of documentation for the Board of Statutory Auditors and Internal Audit. 
• Proactively managing and completing regulatory requirements (ISTAT questionnaires, etc.). 

You are the right person if you: 

• Have a background in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
• Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint;
• Are fluent in English and would like to work with multicultural teams;
• Are comfortable with numbers and good at analyzing data and capturing insights;
• Have a strong attention to detail;
• Have a proactive approach;
