About this role
JD:
- Ensure efficient operation of water systems and utility equipment.
- Provide uninterrupted water supply to all departments.
- Ensure continuous availability of utilities for all user departments.
- Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance of water systems and utility equipment as per schedule.
- Support technicians in breakdown maintenance of water systems and utilities.
- Operate water systems and utility equipment in compliance with SOPs.
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly to meet cGMP requirements.
- Manage inventory of spares and chemicals related to water systems and utilities.
- Participate in qualification and re-qualification activities as per plan (including PRQ).
- Prepare indents for day-to-day requirements.
- Assist in installation of new equipment/systems in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Train team members on cGMP/GDP compliance.
- Follow plant safety rules and regulations.
