- Monitor and ensure safe handling, transfer, and charging of solvents for Rytary and Crexont manufacturing.
- Supervise and monitor granulation activities using RMG, FBD/FBE, Extruder & Spheronizer, and Wurster Coater.
- Supervise and monitor blending operations, including material loading/unloading and in-process activities.
- Supervise and monitor encapsulation on AF90, including setup support and in-process checks.
- Supervise and monitor bottle packaging line operations such as filling, labeling, inspection, and reconciliation.
- Maintain GMP compliance, documentation, housekeeping, and safety at all times.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Ability to follow SOPs, batch records, and safety guidelines
- Good teamwork, communication, and shop-floor discipline
