Essential Functions & Additional Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Execution
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned oncology brands.
  • Develop and execute territory and key account business plans to maximize growth.
  • Identify, map, and engage key decision-makers across hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Drive effective product promotion and awareness among oncologists and allied healthcare professionals.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide appropriate scientific and commercial support to HCPs to drive brand adoption.
  • Understand customer needs and customize engagement strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving oncology treatment practices.
  • Capture field insights and share actionable feedback with marketing and medical teams.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps to strengthen product positioning and market penetration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant and effective brand execution.
  • Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and medical education programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product availability and access.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
  • Provide regular updates on performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
