The purchasing assistant is responsible for:
Coordinate and supervise the import and export operations of materials, equipment, and finished products, ensuring compliance with national and international trade and customs regulations. The role supports the efficient and legal flow of goods necessary for the operation of the manufacturing plant.
- Individuals:
Obtains quotes for materials from domestic and foreign suppliers, seeking the best value for money and ensuring that materials are supplied in a timely manner.
Gathers, analyzes, and distributes a variety of supplier reports through purchasing portals for the timely restocking and supply of materials.
Coordinates the importation and distribution of materials to the company and end customers according to the orders and needs of each business channel.
Tracks materials through logistics plans to ensure their receipt.
Coordinates customs procedures.
Validates goods, orders, and documentation.
Enters inventory costs into the internal system.

Enter the purchasing, import, and export system.
Put materials in transit and coordinate international and domestic logistics.
Follow up on purchase orders.
Follow up on payments.
- Stakeholder Relations:
Acts as a liaison between the company and its suppliers – fostering effective relationships with customer representatives.
