About this role

AMMega is looking for a Data Administrator to assist with Procurement activities, improve processes, and support our Global Procurement Team. You’ll gain valuable experience administrating databases, contributing to effective team communication. As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining data in the AMMproject platform (Procurement saving pipeline)
  • Overseeing data‑mapping activities, managing data‑cleansing efforts, and ensuring ongoing maintenance of the Data Warehouse (DWH) 
  • Optimizing Power BI views in Procurement Dashboard
  • Maintaining user list, reviewing new user requests according to the guidelines agreed with leadership/ process owners
  • Supporting users in tool usage and solving the issues by interacting with IT, Tool provider, users, process owners – if applicable,
  • Performing requested sanity checks on the data present in the Procurement tool and DWH

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Administrator/Data Analyst in digital tools/platforms, possibly related to the purchasing function
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (B2/C1 level)
  • Skilled in using MS Office/PBI applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and a structured work ethic.
  • A team player with strong communication skills—ready to take initiative and lead or collaborate effectively.
