ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Description:

The 3DEXPERIENCE PLM DevOps Engineer is responsible for configuring and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. This includes setting up the infrastructure for automated code builds, testing, and deployments across various environments such as development, test, staging, and production. The role requires deep understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE  cloud/SaaS platform, and its configuration management process. It requires working with development teams, Dassault’s CI/CD team to understand their needs and ensure that the CI/CD pipelines are aligned with their development practices and releases. This role requires a high level of expertise in managing Cloud platforms and infrastructure and a strong understanding of Computerized System Validation and demonstrated experience in GxP Documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment

• Set up the infrastructure for automated code builds, testing, and deployments across various environments such as development, test, staging, and production

• Work with development teams, Dassault’s CI/CD team to understand their needs and ensure that the CI/CD pipelines are aligned with their development practices and releases

• Strong understanding of Computerized System Validation and demonstrated experience in GxP Documentation

• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system access, performance, and software

• Strong understanding of configuration capabilities in 3DEXPERIENCE and the impact of changes in progressing them through server instances.

• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and change management

• Work closely with network administrators, database administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure that systems are integrated and functioning optimally

• Work closely with developers, solution architects, vendor cloud teams, and other IT staff to support application needs and ensure optimal system performance.

• Monitor and actively manage license allocation to users based on GxP processes and SOPs. Contribute to managing the SOPs related to roles, and licenses

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 9-12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Require deep understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE cloud/SaaS platform, and its configuration management process

• Strong understanding of Computerized System Validation and demonstrated experience in GMP Documentation

• Configure and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment

• Proficiency in Windows, Linux operating systems and AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of Dassault’s licensing trigrams

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)

Shift Information:

This position requires you to work at a time that overlaps with US and Europe business hours. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night, as required based on business requirements.
