About this role
Esta posicion busca contribuir en la optimización de la eficiencia en las estaciones de soldadura en líneas de produccion por medio del trabajo eficaz, reduccion de tiempos muertos, así como contribuir en la reducción del scrap en coordinación con Calidad e Ingeniería de Manufactura.
Experiencia
- Conocimiento en proceso de soldadura TIG en material acero inoxidable / INCONEL “opcional” (Fusion y Aporte).
- Interpretación de planos y símbolos de soldadura.
- Inspección visual de soldadura.
- Conocimiento en uso y ajuste de parámetros en maquina de soldar (uso con pedal ).
- Conocimiento de interpretación y llenado de WPS ( Proceso de Especificación de Soldadura).
- Conocimiento de MS (Hoja de Instrucción de Trabajo).
Responsabilidades
- Realizar proceso de soldadura utilizando hojas de métodos y planos según sea necesario.
- Inspeccionar el material asegurándose de la calidad del proceso.
- Realizar actividades de monitoreo de proceso Checklist, Mantenimientos.
- Investigar todas las causas de defectos y formular cualquier mejora de proceso requerida.
- Capacitar a los técnicos nuevos o existentes sobre técnicas adecuadas de proceso de soldadura.
- Asegúrese de que el área de Soldadura cumpla con las especificaciones aplicables (IE: PPS, WP o MS) y los requisitos de informes.
Escolaridad:
- Carrera Tecnica o Preparatoria.

What you'll do
- The Welder Technician will perform welding processes according to methods and plans, ensuring quality through inspection. They will also monitor processes, investigate defects, and train new technicians on proper welding techniques.
