About this role

We are looking for a Materials Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing the handling, storage, assortment, and delivery of aeronautical workshop materials. This position ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in material flow to support aircraft operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Control the handling, storage, assortment, and delivery of aeronautical workshop materials.
  • Verify accuracy of all transactions related to receipt, storage, assortment, and transfer of materials for the aircraft shop.
  • Ensure compliance with aeronautical workshop procedures.
  • Segregate materials that do not meet established receipt requirements.
  • Support administration of the designated warehouse area.
  • Maintain correct location of parts in the inventory system, including:
    • Controlling material entry and exit.
    • Performing cyclic counts and periodic inventories.
    • Executing necessary transactions in the inventory system.
    • Maintaining inventory identification.
    • Monitoring disposition time and material evaluation.
  • Follow packing instructions and manage shipments required by customers.
  • Control shipments to the Hidalgo, TX warehouse.
  • Process paperwork, certificates, and records required in the area.
  • Comply with ISO 9001, AS 9100, and applicable national and international air regulations.
  • Report daily status of on-time delivery of production material.
  • Train and supervise personnel in the area.
  • Execute activities assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in materials area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic English skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems.
