Employee (m,f,d) Order Processing
What tasks await you?
- Processing our domestic and international orders (from order entry to invoice creation)
- Customs processing
- Clarifying orders in collaboration with various internal departments
- Handling customer correspondence by phone and in writing in both German and English
- Occasionally taking over the telephone switchboard
- Preparing export and customs documents
- Maintaining master data
What do we expect from you?
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally, you have professional experience in order processing
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with MS Navision is an advantage
- Resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach to work

What you'll do
- The Order Processing Specialist will process domestic and international orders from entry to invoice creation, handle customs processing, and manage customer correspondence. The role also involves collaboration with various internal departments and maintaining master data.
