About this role

This position is responsible for the supporting the office of VP – Business Operations effectively and providing day-to-day administrative, executive and project support. Assist in initiatives and business-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking key initiatives on an ongoing basis, proactively identifying any delays, potential issues and ensuring timely escalation to the leader and respective stakeholders.

  • Managing and supporting planning and execution of meetings/ events such as staff meetings, townhalls, offsites.

  • Drafting business presentations, internal employee communication and business partner communication from Leader’s office.

  • Ensuring successful conduct of key monthly and quarterly update meetings with US business leaders/ Executive Leadership Team (‘ELT’) and other generic as well as ad-hoc communication.

  • Liaising with various entities in the US/ India (including technology, corporate security, HR, finance, Real Estate etc) to ensure seamless conduct of operations.

  • Acting as an escalation point of contact for all travel (India and International) related aspects, US visitors in India, etc.

  • Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support decision-making

  • Providing administrative support / acting as back-up for administrative support.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience in project coordination, communication, event, executive support roles

  • Proven track record of reporting, creating business presentations, executive support

  • Detail orientated, excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision and strong organizational/time management skills

  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
