Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Advisory
Run workshops/discovery sessions with business to translate processes and pain points into AI-enabled use cases.
Develop problem statements, hypotheses, and business cases including measurable outcomes and change impact.
Advise stakeholders on AI capabilities/limitations, feasibility, risks, and adoption pathways.
Prepare compelling presentations (PowerPoint) for business reviews, steering committees, and demos.
Solutioning & Architecture
Translate business needs into high-level solution designs and architecture options (including data, privacy, and integration considerations).
Collaborate with IA and Innovation teams on integration patterns and transition from POC to pilot/production.
Contribute to vendor assessments and create comparison matrices with pros/cons, costs, and risks.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner directly with business units for requirements gathering, demos, and feedback loops.
Support change management and adoption planning with playbooks and training materials.
Communicate complex technical topics in simple terms for non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications & Experience
8–10 years of experience in AI/ML/Gen AI solutioning and enterprise implementations.
Experience building POCs and conducting platform evaluations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background
Preferred: BFSI industry experience.
Good to have: Insurance and Asset Management domain knowledge.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s/master’s degree, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field.
Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are optional.
