  • Strategic thinker who also enjoys execution

  • Strong communicator who can influence across leadership, advisors, and partners

  • Builder mindset with the patience and discipline to create durable systems

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase advisor productivity and consistency in activity, follow-up, and conversion

  • Drive firm-wide pipeline discipline and accountability

  • Lead a weekly execution and accountability rhythm focused on advisor commitments and outcomes

  • Partner closely with Marketing to align campaigns, lead strategy, and advisor execution, with the opportunity to further integrate growth and marketing functions over time

  • Develop and maintain growth dashboards and KPIs; proactively identify gaps and recommend adjustments

  • Coach advisors through 1:1s, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed

  • Support recruiting efforts and help build a long-term advisor pipeline

  • Assist with sourcing and advancing potential succession and acquisition opportunities, partnering with the CEO to close transactions and supporting execution post-close

  • Support onboarding and integration of new advisors

  • Maintain a regular communication cadence with the CEO and leadership team

What This Looks Like in Practice:

  • Running weekly growth and execution meetings

  • Coaching advisors on pipeline health, conversion, and follow-through

  • Reviewing growth metrics and forecasts to spot issues early

  • Partnering with Marketing on upcoming campaigns and advisor execution plans

  • Spending time building relationships with prospective advisors and future partners

  • Meeting regularly with the CEO to align on priorities, risks, and opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive executive-level compensation, including base salary and performance-based incentives. Expected base range of $175,000–$275,000, with total compensation dependent on experience, scope, and impact. Comprehensive benefits package included.
