About this role

Field Compensation Analysts in Compensation Operations are responsible for the service and administration of Field Leader, Recruiter and Advisor compensation components and additional programs which support recruitment, office and advisor growth. Activities include client service, award measurement, and bonus origination and maintenance using Access and Excel based tools. Associates will have regular contact (verbally and in writing) with internal business partners and Field Leaders/ Advisors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer direct inquiries made by internal/external business partners, field leader and advisors regarding compensation processing.

  • Most inquiries originate via shared mailbox and may be resolved verbally or in writing based on complexity. Distribution of tools and reporting to aid advisor self-service.

  • Measurement /communication and administration of compensation based on advisor/ field leader performance.

  • Cross organizational data gathering and presentation of material to individuals at various levels to support exception review processes.

  • Coordination of loan or bonus components which may include new loan set-up, payment processing and loan maturity reconciliations.



Required Qualifications

  • Customer service experience, strong interpersonal/relationship building skills strong communication; ability to clearly articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing

  • Strong attention to detail; ability to independently manage and deliver timely and accurate results with competing deadlines

  • Collaborative team and client centric approach with a high degree of personal accountability. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel); demonstrated ability to apply technical skill/aptitude to address challenges

  • Experience with intercontinental organizational structures (i.e. leaders/business partners in multiple geographies). Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/Masters.
