We are seeking an Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our independent contractor program. This role is ideal for recruiters who know how to source, screen, and place CDL drivers efficiently.
Responsibilities

Source and qualify CDL drivers for carrier partners

Conduct pre-screens and verify application information

Guide drivers through onboarding steps and document collection

Maintain organized applicant records and communication logs

Coordinate with compliance teams on driver placement

Requirements

Prior truck driver recruiting experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage daily workflow

Reliable computer and internet access

Professional phone presence

DOT compliance knowledge is a plus
Compensation

$1,500–$3,500 weekly based on performance and experience

Independent contractor role — earn a percentage of placements, increasing with experience
