Job DetailsJob Location: American Fuji Seal IN - Jeffersonville, IN 47130Salary Range: $63,648.00 - $79,560.00 SalaryThis role involves managing machine order projects from the placement of a customer’s purchase order (PO) to the completion of the Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Responsibilities include validating project specifications, coordinating between internal teams and the customer, and ensuring that planning, budget control, and customer satisfaction are achieved. The role oversees the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), machine installation, and successful production start, with regular travel primarily within the Americas. After the SAT, the project is transferred to the Service (After Sales Machinery) team.
Specific Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Maintain close contact with customers (internal/external) to manage project scope, customer expectations, and needs.
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
Manage order quality, lead time, and costs within scope.
Ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with expectations.
Clearly communicate the consequences of different solutions.
Provide a clear, up-to-date overview of project status.
Participate in pre-PO functional review meetings (75% meetings).
Assume 100% ownership of the order from PO to SAT.
Ensure successful completion of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Handover machine to Customer Service after SAT.
Prevent and manage project overdues.
Manage the Order Change Request (OCR) process after receiving PO.
Lead continuous operational improvements by identifying opportunities for corrective and preventive actions.
Propose concrete improvements and signal deviations in planning or budget, reporting these to the customer.
Identify potential disturbances, distinguishing between cause and effect.
Provide practical alternative solutions, balancing different interests in problem-solving.
Communicate order possibilities and limitations clearly to colleagues.
Build and maintain enduring customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of project management and financial principles.

Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Education and Experience:
Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to travel regularly within the Americas to customer locations.
Travel Required:
Travel on a regular basis (estimated 20% of time)
