Refreshment General Manager

About this role
Pay: $90000 per year - $120000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including Vending Refreshment services, Kiosks and Micro Markets including route efficiency, route scheduling, opening, and closing of branch.
- Maintain safe and secure environment with the goal of ensuring that all Route service employees work and return home safely.
- Leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis.
- Ensure employees comply and follow federal, state, and local regulations required to perform their duties.
- Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures; ensure implementation of all safety policies.
- Assist Corporate Team as required to meet branch goals.
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in operations and business management required.
- Minimum five years of experience in a complex warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based technology applications.
- Lead with clear communication, open dialogue, and collaboration.
