Summary: A Dining Administrative Assistant with American Dining Creations will handle various office tasks and duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office duties that include payroll, accounts payable and ordering supplies
- Receive incoming calls, filing, ordering, organizing and other general office duties
- Frequently assist with catering events including setup, serve food/beverage, and breakdown
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service/office setting preferred
- Excellent analytical, oral and written skills; Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a time sensitive environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related programs
