In this role, you’ll lead one client portfolio. Supporting them in optimizing their business travel and technology solutions. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage and optimize client’s budget 

  • Build customer dedication by anticipating customer needs, marketing developments, leading contract renewals, and resolving risks and reporting gaps 

  • Coordinate with all departments of the company to ensure all client service needs are met 

  • Seek opportunities to increase client performance based on topics and data driven models 

  • Collaborate with sales and consulting to drive the sale of travel products and services and identify C-level engagements 

  • Communicate regularly with client, both in person and virtually 

  • Demonstrate the added customer value of Amex GBT through your deep understanding of industry and market trends, and by providing innovative and proactive solutions to clients 

  • Lead regular reviews and share trends, innovations, standard processes, and price strategies 

 

What Were Looking For 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills 

  • Knowledge of the local and international business travel market, technologies, and tools 

  • Experience in business travel service delivery and customer service 

  • Contract life cycle and renewal experience 

  • Passion for growing profitability 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
