About this role

Amex GBT is a place where colleagues find inspiration in travel as a force for good and – through their work – can make an impact on our industry. We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.

This opportunity is for a Product Analyst to be part of the team that creates best-in-class digital solutions for our customers and supports products that are integral to the care and wellbeing of travelers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically-minded professional with 3–5 years of experience in a product or data analyst role who is passionate about data, technology and the travel industry. You will work across select product initiatives, translating customer needs and business requirements into actionable insights that drive product improvements and enhance user experiences. Your expertise in business intelligence and data analytics will help bridge the gap between our product managers, data engineering teams and customers ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively and that customers receive the support they need to maximize product value.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will forge productive relationships with product and technology counterparts while liaising with commercial teams and support teams to address customer pain points and inquiries.
