The Analyst works with client management teams to provide a global consolidated view of financials and to handle the significant complexity of the required uplift fees and provide analysis and trends on how the uplift fees are tracking against client costs for the centralized DOE team.  To this end, they collaborate with all proprietary countries, travel partner networks (TPNs) and joint ventures (JVs) to collect, classify, review and analyze different data sources to produce a standardized report for the client on the agreed basis of frequency e.g., monthly.  

What You’ll do :

• Global consolidation ensuring one single point of contact
• Consistency and expertise across multiple settlement systems
• Key contact liaising with all regions (EMEIA/APAC/NORAM)
• Handling complex transaction fee uplift reconciliation; includes data migration, reporting functionality, invoices per country
• Timely processing of the quarterly reconciliation by individual country
• Client facing support on a quarterly call to review the trends, anomalies, questions, adjustments
• Potential trending & visualization globally
• Fully support direct line to financial department avoiding “intermediary” experience

Key Activities:

• Act as primary point of contact for the assigned client portfolio whilst partnering with all key SMEs across multiple countries and regions.
• Prepare periodic reporting on overall cost of travel program.
• Partner with senior leadership to define the strategy for Billing and Settlements.
• Ensure contractual terms are adhered to, such as transaction fee charged is in line with contract.
• Ad-hoc support on client query and audit requirement.

What We're looking for :

• Excellent communication skills required, both written and oral as this role requires influencing and bringing to bear ability across multiple business units and collaborators
• Advanced knowledge on Excel
• Analytical and process oriented, with the ability to think strategically about the business
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Positive and motivated, ability to work independently but part of a distributed team
• Proficient in English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of travel industry and/or travel industry economics a bonus
