Keep your schedule steady and your paycheck strong on this Midwest regional fleet. Drivers enjoy predictable routes, consistent freight, and dependable home time every week.
Position Overview
- Midwest regional operation with weekly 34-hour resets at home.
- Average 2,100–2,300 miles per week.
- 100% no-touch freight — mix of drop & hook and live unload.
- Typical length of haul around 300 miles.
- Assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths.
- 24/7 dispatch and maintenance support.
Compensation Package
- $1,200–$1,400 weekly average pay.
- $0.57–$0.64 CPM depending on experience.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus (split: $500 first load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days).
- Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours.
- Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day.
- Performance bonus: up to +3 CPM.
- Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid PTO after 30 days.
Home Time & Schedule
- Weekly home time for your 34-hour reset.
- Midwest regional freight — consistent and reliable all year.
Driver Requirements
- CDL-A license with at least 4 months of recent experience.
- Clean driving record and strong safety habits.
- Dependable and self-motivated with good time management.
