CDL-A drivers based join a regional fleet offering weekly home time, dependable miles, and 100% no-touch freight. This position provides a steady routine with predictable earnings each week.
Job Details
- Operate regional lanes and reset at home every week.
- Drivers average 2,200–2,500 miles weekly with an average haul of about 300 miles.
- Freight is all no-touch; roughly half drop & hook.
Equipment and Support
- Automatic 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors.
- Home truck parking is allowed.
Pay and Bonuses
- Mileage scale: $0.54–$0.60 CPM depending on verified experience.
- Weekly gross typically ranges from $1,200 to $1,500.
- Detention starts after 2 hours at $12.50/hr.
- Layover or breakdown pays $100/day.
- Sign-on bonus paid $500 after the first load and $500 after 30 days.
- Performance bonus up to 3 CPM plus full medical, dental, vision, RX, and 401(k) after 30 days.
Requirements
- CDL-A, age 21+, with at least 3 months solo tractor–trailer experience.
- Clean MVR and PSP, stable work history, and no DUI in the last 5 years.
- DOT drug screen and medical card required.
