About this role
Immediate $1,500 Bonus Paid on Your First Paycheck
Company solo regional flatbed positions hauling steel, pipe, and coil loads. Flexible non-forced dispatch. Majority of drivers operate within 4–6 states with consistent weekend home time Late-model automatic tractors permanently assigned – permitted to take home.
Pay & Benefits
- $1,500 bonus on first paycheck
- 27% load percentage – $1,400–$1,600 average weekly gross
- Top performers reach $1,800–$2,000+
- $40 extra every time you tarp a load
- Layover pay $50 (after 24 hours)
- Detention pay $16/hour after 2 hours
- Quarterly safety and clean inspection bonus
- $300 weekly non-taxable per diem
- Rider and pet policy from day one
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401k with company match after 30 days
- Home on weekends
Requirements
- Minimum 22 years of age
- 12+ months verifiable flatbed experience in past 5 years
- Documented steel, pipe, or coil securement experience (coil hauling strongly preferred)
- Proficient with tarps, straps, chains, and binders
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years
- No violations in FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Pre-employment urine drug screen required
