Position Details
- Operate within the Midwest on a regional schedule.
- Average 2,100–2,300 miles weekly.
- All freight is no-touch with a mix of drop & hook and live unload.
- Assigned late-model equipment (Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth).
- 24/7 operations support provided.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400.
- Pay range: $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience.
- Sign-on bonus: $2,000 total payout over first 60 days.
- Detention after 2 hours ($12.50/hr).
- Breakdown pay ($100/day).
- Safety/performance bonus up to +3 CPM.
- Benefits start after 30 days — medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid PTO.
Schedule
- Home every week for your reset.
- Reliable freight lanes and year-round work.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with 6 months minimum experience.
- Clean MVR and PSP.
- Must be 21 or older.
