About this role

Position Details

  • Operate within the Midwest on a regional schedule.
  • Average 2,100–2,300 miles weekly.
  • All freight is no-touch with a mix of drop & hook and live unload.
  • Assigned late-model equipment (Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth).
  • 24/7 operations support provided.

Compensation & Bonuses

  • Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400.
  • Pay range: $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience.
  • Sign-on bonus: $2,000 total payout over first 60 days.
  • Detention after 2 hours ($12.50/hr).
  • Breakdown pay ($100/day).
  • Safety/performance bonus up to +3 CPM.
  • Benefits start after 30 days — medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid PTO.

Schedule

  • Home every week for your reset.
  • Reliable freight lanes and year-round work.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A with 6 months minimum experience.
  • Clean MVR and PSP.
  • Must be 21 or older.
